Our factory is like a great kitchen, with our own elaboration and preservation processes, made to respect all our olives’ properties. The result is a unique and outstanding product.



Timing as well as temperature is key when it comes to preserving all the olives’ nutritive and gustatory properties. A sprig of thyme provides the aromatic touch to these meaty fruits, little in size but immense in flavour.



Originally from the regions of Bajo Aragón and Terra Alta, these black riddled olives ripen on the olive tree. During the conservation process they are bathed in extra virgin olive oil and heated up to just the right temperature, which allows for a water-less conservation.
