OUR OLIVADES (OLIVE PASTE)

The olive paste known as olivada is a product of intense flavour and extensive culinary possibilities. Although a processed product, it retains all of the olives’ natural properties. We have been working hard to innovate in our olive paste since 2000, still discovering new flavours to keep surprising you.

 

 
 
EMPELTRE OLIVADA

Made exclusively from Empeltre olives. Pasteurised at the right temperature, it preserves all the aromatic and gustatory qualities of olives with a delicate, slightly reminiscent of almond taste.

 

 
 
ARBEQUINA OLIVADA

A great olive paste produced from the meaty Arbequina olive. Made exclusively from macerated Arbequines, each jar of this delicious paste contains the richness and intensity of these little yet grand olives.

 

 
 
GARLIC OLIVADA

Olives and garlic make up a couple that gets on wonderfully. 94% Empeltre olives and 6% garlic, there’s a mutual attraction between these two elements. Pro-tip: try it along grilled meat, or use it to replace ketchup, mayonnaise or allioli altogether.

 

 
 
COCOA OLIVADA

These two flavours with a subtle bitter touch combine unusually well. We mix olives and cocoa for a surprising result, which displays all its richness when paired with warm dishess.

 

 
 
HOT OLIVADA

What happens when you add a pinch of chilli to 99.5% Empeltre olives? Our spicy olive paste will add an interesting –yet mild- punch to dishes as varied as salads, pizzas, canapés or anything you may feel ready to experience with.

 

 
 
SWEET OLIVADA

We could as well call it bittersweet olive jam, as this olivada contains 44% honey and brown sugar in an utterly surprising combination. Highly versatile, it can be used in cold and hot dishes, and also desserts.
